Trexon, a wire, cable, connectors and assemblies provier and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired Intelliconnect, a supplier of RF connectors, adapters, and cable assemblies. The acquisition will add custom RF & microwave interconnect solutions for high-reliability and harsh environments.

Intelliconnect was founded in 2003 in Chelmsford, UK. It fast grew as a supplier of design-led RF components, becoming a market leader.
