Orbbec and LionsBot partner to advance real-world robotics deployment worldwide.
Orbbec is a provider of robotics and AI vision, and LionsBot is Singapore’s autonomous cleaning robotics company.
The agreement was signed by Felix Zheng, Managing Director, APAC at Orbbec, and Sunardi Tay, Chief Technology Officer at LionsBot, and witnessed by Orbbec CEO, Howard Huang, and LionsBot CEO & Co-Founder, Dylan Ng.
“By combining LionsBot’s robots with Orbbec’s perception technologies, we aim to further improve how autonomous cleaning robots navigate and operate in complex environments,” said Huang.
The two companies have collaborated since 2023, when Orbbec’s 3D depth cameras were integrated into LionsBot’s robot fleet, supporting autonomous navigation and obstacle detection in deployments across more than 30 countries.

Under the agreement, Orbbec will become LionsBot’s preferred vision technology partner, supplying a portfolio of robotic perception solutions including stereo cameras, RGB cameras, and LiDAR sensors optimized for cleaning robotics. This collaboration will further enhance LionsBot’s next generation R5 autonomous cleaning robot platform.
Founded in Singapore in 2018, LionsBot has deployed autonomous cleaning robots across healthcare facilities, airports, hospitality venues, and commercial real estate worldwide.
Orbbec holds over 70% market share in China’s service robotics sector and South Korea’s mobile robot 3D vision market, supplying vision technology to robotics companies across nearly 100 countries.
