Partnership formed to meet growing demand for semiconductor lead frames in North America

Batten & Allen, the stamping and plating specialist based in Cirencester, the UK, has forged a partnership with the US-based Neu Dynamics to meet North America’s growing demand for precision-manufactured semiconductor lead frames.

“We’ve known the team at Neu Dynamics for several years. They have a similar profile to us and align well with what we do – we share a common ethos,” said Senior Technical Sales Manager, Terry Brisland.

AI, data centres and the automotive industry are driving demand for semiconductors. Global Information, Inc. (GII) forecasts compound annual growth of 6.18% (2024-2030) in the requirement for semiconductors. The market is expected to reach £224.83bn by 2030.

North America is a key market for Batten & Allen which manufactures high-quality precision stamped and plated parts for electronics, automotive, telecoms and aerospace manufacturers across the world.

In a new agreement, Batten & Allen is being represented in the US, Canada and Mexico by Neu Dynamics, which offers a unique combination of technology and experience in the design and production of precision moulds and dies for the medical, commercial and semiconductor industries.

Cirencester-based Batten & Allen manufactures up to 650 million parts per month, combining stamping and electroplating under one roof.

Neu Dynamics of Ivyland PA has a wide range of capabilities including tool and mould design, machining services, product prototyping and low-mid volume moulding, including mould repairs and refurbishment.
