Impulse Embedded now offers Neousys POC-915 – an ultra-compact, fanless embedded computer designed for machine vision, industrial automation and edge AI applications.
Designed around the AMD Ryzen PRO 8640U processor with integrated AI acceleration (Ryzen AI), it provides an ultra-compact fanless design for industrial environments. Its features include the DIN-rail mounting standard, with wall-mount versions, PoE+ capable multi-port networking to support camera/sensor-heavy systems (configuration dependent), and fast storage support for logging, buffering, and vision workloads (NVMe), among others.
The POC-915 combines rugged mechanical design with modern processing and AI acceleration in a form factor that integrates cleanly into industrial environments. It is designed for DIN-rail mounting as standard (with wall-mount options available) and is well suited to control cabinets, trackside infrastructure, and vehicle or roadside installations where equipment must stay secure and operate consistently over time. Its fanless architecture helps reduce maintenance by eliminating moving parts, while its thermal design supports stable performance for continuous, always-on workloads.
The platform also prioritises real-world connectivity for edge deployments. Integrated networking and practical industrial interfaces allow the POC-915 to connect directly to sensors, cameras, controllers, and upstream infrastructure, helping system integrators simplify installation and reduce reliance on additional external hardware.
