Designer and manufacturer of interconnect solutions, LEMO, has launched its REDEL SP IP68 Series of high performance connectors, engineered for medical, test and measurement, and UAV applications.
“The REDEL SP IP68 Series represents a major step forward in connector technology, because it combines resin-free IP68 sealing with our patented push-pull system and high-density design. LEMO has used innovative resin-free IP68 sealing in this series’ connectors, thus the design delivers fully watertight and dustproof performance without the need for resin or potting, simplifying assembly, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high reliability even in the most demanding environments.
Constructed from FDA-certified PPSU, the REDEL SP IP68 connectors are lightweight yet extremely durable, resistant to repeated sterilization, harsh cleaning agents, and demanding environmental conditions.
With up to 22 contacts in a compact Ø15.5mm footprint, the connectors provide high-density connectivity in tight spaces without compromising ergonomics or handling.
