Stocked locally at Astute’s UK warehouse, components are ready for immediate dispatch across EMEA, India, and Australia & New Zealand for rapid testing, evaluation, and production deployment.

As a preferred thermal partner for high-demand computing architectures, ATS has engineered these cooling solutions to unlock maximum performance for intensive applications including robotics, edge computing, smart monitoring, and physical AI.

To eliminate lead times and reduce costs, Astute has invested in a comprehensive range of ATS inventory.

Products available for immediate order:

• Active Heat Sink for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX (Super Mode): Built for intense workloads with a cooling capacity up to 40W and an ultra-low thermal resistance of 0.94°C/W. Units feature pre-applied low-impedance thermal interface material (TIM), mounting hardware, and a complete fan attachment kit.
• High-Performance Cooling for NVIDIA Jetson Thor Modules: Supporting the massive compute density of the Jetson Thor series (up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS and up to 130W power consumption), Astute stocks active heat sink assemblies—including models with frameless embedded fans for 95W TDP and top-mounted blowers for up to 175W TDP—alongside passive options.
• Thermal Transfer Plates (TTPs): Optimised for NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, Orin NX, Nano, and Xavier NX modules. Made from black anodised aluminium, these plates conduct excess heat away to the walls of sealed, airflow-free enclosures (such as rugged gateways).
• Full Lineup Support: Stocked variants also cover lower-power requirements across the core NVIDIA Jetson portfolio, including Jetson Nano, Jetson Xavier, AGX Xavier, and Jetson TX2 NX.

Also available for immediate order are:

• Cooling for AMD Kria K26 SOMs: Engineered for vision AI applications in smart cameras, security, and retail analytics. Astute stocks these solutions in straight fin or ATS maxiFLOW™ spread fin designs, across four passive versions (capable of removing 20W of heat at 300 LFM) and two active versions. Each kit includes pre-assembled high-performance thermal interface material (TIM) and mounting hardware for direct attachment to the standard K26 SOM heat spreader plate.
• Cooling for AMD Kria K24 SOMs: Built for space-constrained industrial motor control, medical devices, and sensor fusion systems based on AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ MPSoC These units mount directly to the K24 SOM’s standard clamshell thermal plate, sharing a compact 41.3 x 60 mm footprint with heights ranging from 9.8mm to 20.0mm. They deliver a thermal resistance as low as 0.67°C/W under ducted airflow conditions.

Early indications suggest these will be highly popular parts, with sample quantities already moving quickly across international markets for testing.
