Astute Group has expanded its authorised distribution agreement with Oxley Group, securing the rights to supply Oxley’s primary product ranges across Italy, Spain and Turkey. The agreement covers EMI, EMC and signal protection components and takes effect immediately.

Astute has partnered with Oxley for several years as an authorised distributor in the UK and Germany. This extension enables Astute to support European customers with direct access to Oxley’s core technologies, backed by local sales, engineering support and established logistics channels.

Oxley Group designs and manufactures high-reliability electronic components for use in environments where performance, safety and longevity are critical. Its portfolio supports programmes across defence, aerospace, energy and industrial sectors, with products deployed in mission- and safety-critical systems, power management and energy distribution, battery management systems, RF, antenna and wireless systems, and rugged electronics designed for harsh operating conditions.

Oxley’s EMI, EMC and signal protection components are pivotal on programmes where long-term availability is mandatory, compliance with defence or industry standards is required, and reliability is a primary design driver. Designed and developed in the UK, Oxley products help engineers manage electromagnetic compatibility, protect sensitive electronics and reduce technical risk throughout the lifecycle of complex systems.
