SIGLENT Technologies presents their first RF Generator. The latest release fits fully into the SIGLENT philosophy: Create products that are “The Best Value in Electronic Test & Measurement “.
The series currently contains two models and two operating frequency ranges. The SSG3021X has a maximum output frequency of 2.1 GHz while the SSG3032X can reach up-to 3.2 GHz. There is also a bandwidth upgrade available that extends the 2.1 GHz model up-to 3.2 GHz. The analog RF source also features other impressive base specifications.
There is a large and easy-to use 5-inch capacitive touch display and support for USB mouse and external keyboard control. For remote control and monitoring, users can also connect tablets, computers, and phones to the SSG using a LAN interface and the intuitive built-in web interface.
All analog modulation types (AM, FM and PM) are included as standard. A pulse train generator is also an available option and can be added at any time. The instrument also supports several popular USB power meters for real-time regulation of the output power.
The second model of the series, the SSG3000X-IQE includes all of the base functions of the SSG3000X, with additional digital IQ-modulation capabilities. In combination with a base band generator, like the SIGLENT SDG6000X series, it is possible to create and output various digital, IQ-modulated signals. The bandwidth of the external base band inputs (I und Q) is specified at 100 MHz (typ).
The starting price of the model SSG3021X (2.1 GHz, without IQ) is 1999.-€ plus VAT.
