At the PXI Show, The Peak Group is featuring its recently announced partnership with Simplicity AI to provide integrated test solutions based on National Instruments industry-standard platforms along with Peak’s test hardware and fixturing technology and Simplicity AI’s advanced test & measurement software.

Both companies are NI Alliance Partners. Peak Production Equipment, based in Letchworth, Herts., is a proven provider of automated test and measurement solutions, supporting every stage of the assembly process from component testing to highly complex functional solutions. Peak is also the exclusive UK agent for the mass interconnect systems made by Virginia Panel Corporation, which are extensively used as interfaces within the automatic test sector.

Simplicity AI, based in Farnborough, Hants., provides a range of advanced technical products and engineering services for test, measurement, control and automation, with a particular emphasis on developing automatic test and measurement software built around industry-standard platforms. The company’s Tequra software suite aims to reduce the cost and risk involved with test software development, deployment and maintenance. The software also provides detailed insight into manufacturing processes and product quality.
Peak is also featuring its modular rack system which is ergonomically designed for use in all test environments, and includes an integrated Virginia Panel Corporation (VPC) mass interface receiver adaptor, allowing large numbers of different contact types to be quickly and easily connected in a single one operation.

The Peak modular rack system is height, width and depth adaptable to customers’ test requirements. It incorporates built-in service panels, high volume cooling, and large doors on the sides and rear, with a wide body allowing for ancillary equipment and circuitry on both sides of the main chassis. Also incorporated are full emergency stop and door interlock safety circuitry, plus a mains distribution, filtering and safety circuit box.
