LensVector and Casambi present a hands-on workshop ( https://www.darcroom.com/darc-room-workshops/ ) featuring Bluetooth controls and Dynamic Beam Shaping at the darc room conference and exhibition; it takes place today and tomorrow (19-20 September), from 12pm.

Participants in the workshop will be able to set up a scene, alter the light levels, adjust the color temperatures and change the beam distribution – all from their mobile device. Visitors to the stand will also be able to control the beam shape from multiple luminaires and, for the first time, remotely view and control a professional lighting installation in Italy.

“The ability to shape light simply hasn’t been easily accessible or scaelable and we’re committed to showing designers how easy it is to implement this dimension of lighting,” said Brent York, President and CEO of LensVector. “Casambi’s Bluetooth platform simplifies this effort and allows control of lights regardless of location.”

The joint LensVector and Casambi stand and workshop will feature Dynamic Beam Shaping demonstrations using luminaires and technology solutions from Targetti, Specialty, SLD Laser, and Eulum.
