Peak Group and Simplicity AI feature ATE and mass interconnect systems

The Peak Group is featuring its recently announced partnership with Simplicity AI to provide integrated test solutions based on National Instruments industry-standard platforms along with Peak’s test hardware and fixturing technology and Simplicity AI’s advanced test & measurement software.

Both companies are NI Alliance Partners. Peak Production Equipment, based in Letchworth, Herts., is a proven provider of automated test and measurement solutions, supporting every stage of the assembly process from component testing to highly complex functional solutions. Peak is also the exclusive UK agent for the mass interconnect systems made by Virginia Panel Corporation, which are extensively used as interfaces within the automatic test sector. Simplicity AI, based in Farnborough, Hants., provides a range of advanced technical products and engineering services for test, measurement, control and automation, with a particular emphasis on developing automatic test and measurement software built around industry-standard platforms.alt

The company’s Tequra software suite aims to reduce the cost and risk involved with test software development, deployment and maintenance. The software also provides detailed insight into manufacturing processes and product quality Peak is a proven provider of automated test and measurement solutions, supporting every stage of the assembly process from component testing to highly complex functional solutions. The company offers intelligent integration of COTS (commercial off-the-shelf” equipment with custom-designed mechanical, electronic and system software elements. Comprehensive installation and commissioning procedures are deployed to merge Peak’s test systems with customers’ processes, followed up with hands-on training and the provision of detailed documentation.

Peak is also featuring its extensive range of test probes and related interfacing hardware, including the recently introduced ENGMATEC range of test plugs for industry-standard interfaces including Western-Min, USB, TAE and HDMI.
