Complete solution for traceability
BSP61 is a high performance label printer and applicator. The equipment prints and labels simultaneously while still being capable to print crisp 2D codes on the smallest of labels. BSP61 can both print and apply labels varying from 4x4mm to 60x115mm in height and width. To ensure traceability, BSP61 has very high placement accuracy allowing only a maximum variation of 0.3mm.

For BSP61 Brady offers tailored auto-apply label materials able to withstand harsh conditions such as chemical washes, abrasion, temperature and weathering, including UV. To label PCB’s, a special ROHS compliant material was developed.
Reliability
Unique solutions integrated into BSP61 eliminate problems with automatic label application to ensure reliable tracking and tracing. Brady’s custom developed Clean Liner Technology prevents overcutting into the liner to guarantee perfect results. This technology also prevents adhesive bleeding, solving the most common adhesive issues in automatic labelling. Moreover, BSP61 will pick up and apply every printed label, without exception. Special attention was given to accuracy in the Print and Apply System development phase, resulting in correct placement the first time, every time. And finally, Brady’s labelling materials, specifically developed to apply automatically, all bear a no-curl guarantee.
