Apacer will be presenting its industrial DRAM Soltuions and its full range of industry-leading Industrial Solid State Drives, or SSD, at Embedded World 2013.
One of the hightlights will be Apacer’s newly launched SATA 3.0 products: SAFD 25S-M, mSATA S1-M & SAFD 18S5-M.
The Apacer SAFD 25S-M is a high-end SSD targeted at cloud-based applications, featuring outstanding efficiency and performance, based on high IOPs and a large storage capacity of 512GB. It aims at optimizing data storage variables in cloud computing centers by providing speed within a stable and power-saving operating environment.
The Apacer SAFD 25S-M adopts the SATA 3.0 (6Gb/s) interface, achieving twice the processing capacity of preceding SATA II interfaces. This SSD boasts a maximum sequential speed of 555/550 MB/sec and IOPs of up to 60K. By utilizing this SSD to access data, enterprise clients will have superior overall data processing capability and save the floor space cost of Data Center.
The SAFD 25S-M is equipped with various value-added technologies to enhance performance, including Global Wear Leveling, Error Correcting Code with 55 bit/512K byte, intelligent power failure recovery and AES 128 bit encryption. All of these guarantee the best reliability, stability and safety of the product. The SAFD 25S-M is available in two styles – with 9.5mm housing or 7mm housing, enabling customers to choose in accordance with their   equipment needs.
